Oloruntobi Olukoya has more than ten years of experience working as an IT specialist in the banking and financial services industry. His experience spans all elements of IT administration, including IT operations, security, compliance, and strategic planning. His experience includes working as network support personnel, contributing to digital transformation initiatives, managing sizeable IT infrastructure, and currently serving as Head of IT Operations at Aku Fintech.

Oloruntobi was in charge of setting up service management policies for the delivery of internal IT services as well as configuring and enhancing Jira Service Management processes in his capacity as manager of the IT Service Management System at ITEX Integrated Services. He is a valuable contributor in the area of IT service management due to his extensive expertise working with and managing IT service delivery teams and his commitment to best practices and ongoing learning.
