Grace Akinsola

Grace Akinsola is an IT professional with 8+ years of experience working in the software industry to deliver valuable products and services. She is currently working as the Lead IT Delivery Manager for the Backbone team at Interswitch, Nigeria.

She started out as a Software QA engineer and has worked in product teams across various domains including FinTech, Education, Real estate, and Health. She has a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and meeting customer expectations.

In addition to her technical skills, Grace is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. She is a Women Tech Ambassador and an alumnus of the prestigious Teach for Nigeria Fellowship. She thrives in an environment where she is allowed to learn and share.
